Pad printing wear

I just found this 2 dollar (Australian) coin in my change N#120657


I would rate it XF but the pad printed colours seem to have worn off in places - does this lower the rating?

My question was does it affect the grade?

 

With printed coins, does the grade only take into account damage to the metal or does the quality of the printing come into it as well?

I think this degree of damage renders it ungrade-able.
