The issuer is central-american-republic • Q1202140 → Central American Republic

 

It has Wikidata Q1202140. I think this is more correct Q190025.

 

Also, according Wikipedia in English: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Republic_of_Central_America

  • Name: Central America, Federal Republic of
  • Alternative names: United Provinces of Central America

 

But I am not sure about the name used here: full, or this more short (also correct):

  • Name: Central America, Republic of
