Hello!

 

As with Angola and other former Portuguese colonies, until 1910 the rulers of the territories were the kings and queens of Portugal.

I noticed that for São Tomé and Príncipe some rulers are missing, which I request inclusion.

In particular, there are two banknotes from São Tomé and Príncipe from 1897 registered here that require, at least, Carlos I as ruler.

In addition to these, we have a series of banknotes from the year 1909 that should have been under Manuel II.
