Time to time since I first became aware of the newly famous text-to-image generator Craiyon.com back in 2022 (back before the generated images bore any real resemblance to the prompts lol) I've been having me some good fun on it, with recurring prompts such as “Palpatine throwing noodles in the trash” and “Shrek petulantly baring his teeth at a egg delivery man” tangent tangent digression tangent et cætera more irrelevant details…
Well, the point I intend to get to: I just this morning noticed a new page on the website--the Background Remover--and the first thing I tried out on it was a majorly creepy cartoon sun character I'd generated some time ago.
The second thing I thought to try out on it was photographs of my coin collection to see how it compares to manually doing it on Photopea.com and I'm actually quite pleased with the results. I just might end up rephotographing my entire collection to send them through the no-cost and unlimited BG remover--although I'll probably end up resubscribing to the paid version for some more speed hehe
Behold the fruits of the initial test that did not require me to spend five minutes meticulously and delicately stressing with the lasso tool: (the shown type being an English shilling KM# 110 ND(1641-1643))

You're welcome ^-^
