I came across this bronze medal and have no clue what it says.

The top two lines translates as "Kanagawa Prefectural Police Headquarters." Don't know about the last line.

I agree the last line is a date.
Could the third character be a variant of the old Kanji for 30 (丗)?
If yes, it is 2018.
