Help Identifying a 1993 Swami Medallion

I was told this is a 

1993 1/2oz Swami Chinmayananda Commemorative Medallion -1/2oz .999 Pure Gold

However, I am unable to find any information about said medallion

Commemorative of his life - sorry for stating the obvious.

The Swami was quite famous it would seem as there were commemorative coins released in India 2015.

Yours looks to be USA release by the looks of the wordings, there's heaps of information about his life on the net makes me wonder as its a non profit organisation if they have any information as to the origins of when it was released or who commissioned it etc might be worth asking?
