As explained here, I uploaded my own pictures when modifying a coin page, but then re-ticked the ‘keep this picture’ box for both. However when I clicked submit modifications, the error still popped up requiring me to list the source of the images.
The images already did not have a source (for some reason), but simply clicking the submit button again allowed me to send in my modifications anyway.
