(Edited):  Despite what is in the KM description, it's not clear to me that the earlier issues are city issues rather than mints for the Margraves?  Most auction listings I can gind call them Brandenburg-Prussia rather than Prenzlau, City.

City issuer is added for the kipper type. 

 

Prenzlau already existed in the mints.
