silver Islamic(?) coin [solved]

I need some help identifying this coin.  It is 1.02 grams and has a diameter of 10.7 - 11.7 mm.  I believe it is silver, though it might conceivably be billon.

Because it has errors,  the title says Muhammad I but then features Mehmed I, dating as 1402-1413 but  coin is dated AH822 (1419)

 

Correct date for Mehmed I is AH816-824 / 1413-1421 AD   https://www.zeno.ru/showgallery.php?cat=1396
