2003 DNA £2 Coin

I have a limited addition DNA £2 Coin the certificate it says 925 silver then the outer edge 24 carat gold, I can not find this coin anywhere, can anyone help?

What the Numista coin page doesn't say if that the outer ring is gold plated.

Its confusing, the certificate says 24 carat gold, or is 24 carat plated?

 Yes - though in those pictures the certificate is only from Westminster Collection. 

They did not make the coin - that was the Royal Mint. Their certificate does mention gold …
