The article N№597 at the Obv. description gives:
[…]Figure 10 design refers to a epigraphic pattern from the Merinide era.
The article N№595 at the Obv. description gives:
Figure 50 design refers to an architecture item from the Ottoman era.
At the same time the main images of the Obv. of both articles show more similarities then differences in style of numerals “10” and “50.”
Questions:
1. Is it possible that the same style used on coins has origin in Merinide and in Ottoman epoch?
2. Is it possible that the styles of numerals is completely different and it is just me, who do not see the difference (it is obviously possible for I do not have degree in art).
In the first case it is most probably means that there should be correction of a description; in the second one, I'll be glad to find out form an expert how to distinguish the style without wasting 5 years of study in a university.
