20 Heller - Franz Joseph I with a ring

I recently bought a one pound lot of unsorted coins from Hungary via eBay. They arrived today and I sorted through them and am very glad, I have a lot of new coins now. Might ask more about them in the future but this caught my eye:

One of them was a 20 Heller - Franz Joseph I from 1894

in very nice condition..BUT it has clearly been made into a necklace or something in the past.

What position in my mind should I take towards this? What grade would you give to it? Sorry if the pics are not good, I suck at using macro+flash.
This is what people call a "filler."

If you have a coin that has been modified for purposes other than collecting, it's a "filler" in your collection till you find one in better condition.

Strange enough Austrian coins are somehow very popular as jewelry pieces.
