Can anyone identify this single-face medallion, dated 1679?

I've found a few listed online, but all of them have Pope Innocent XI on the obverse. They are to commemorate the signing of the Treaties of Nijmegen (or Peace of Nijmegen).

The image on the reverse is Saint Peter.
