Can someone help identify this very old coin with a cross

Good afternoon all 

 

Could I dip in to the vast knowledge on this form with this coin

 

I can make out the letters of h k x within the cross the other letter is indistinct

with those same eight letters, and if first picture is rotated 

 

it could be the sword that St Peter is holding. Maybe.
