I would love to read the guidelines that back your initial statement.

Now, please can you explain me why we have a flag for Antartica and not for Argentian Antarctica?

Also, why flags are not discussed for Coins or Banknotes but should be approved by you for Exonumia?

Why as an Exo collector my navigation experience should be different than for coins?
