I recently acquired the Specimen Sets for:

1981 No Silver (6 Coin Set)

1983 No Silver (6 Coin Set)

1988 No Silver (6 Coin Set)

1990 No Silver (6 Coin Set)

1991 No Silver (6 Coin Set)

1992 No Silver (6 Coin Set)

1994 No Silver (6 Coin Set)

1996 No Silver (6 Coin Set)

Each set has the 1 Cent, 5 Cent, 10 Cent, 25 Cent, 50 Cent and Dollar

There are other years with specimen coins made and the mintages mentioned above. I will gladly send modification request to add the individual lines for each denomination (No Sets). With the comment being “Specimen” for the year lines. Plus the mintages that are available on most from the link above. Will also add the years that I do not have. However, some of the pages are locked and I can not add them all.

How are these different from lines we have there already?

From the RCM web site

Proof coins

Coins that are minted using a high-quality finish. For proof-finished coins, the field (flat background) has a highly hand polished mirror-like finish and the relief (raised foreground) incorporates the use of different finishes which beautifully accentuate the design.

Specimen coin

These coins are higher quality than uncirculated coins – the finish combines brilliant and frosted relief (raised foreground) over a lined field (background). We are the only mint in the world that offers this finish.

Thanks, so it is BU with some adjustments and fancy name. Ok, that is permissible.

The years are still locked from being able to add anything.

Stonetemple is referee only from today, so it is not his fault really.

I wasn't blaming him. Also didn't know it was a temporary assignment for them. Just saw the name at the bottom of the page and thought tagging them might help.

Not temporary, that is misunderstanding. He was named today :) So rather fresh

Catalogue administrator

Yes, very soon I will modify the lists. But first I have a goal because I no longer have a database on my computer but only on my cell phone.

Great!! Thank you both for your time on this.
