Creating & Printing Labels for coin holders from Numista "My Coins" list

4 posts • viewed 670 times

This is my first attempt at creating labels from .xlsx downloaded from Numista. I printed them on Labels of size 35mm x 10mm.

Printing flags is a pain on Windows because it does not support flags emojis. It should be easy on Mac.

Downloaded flag pics from the net and reduced the size.

Created Custom Label in MS Word after taking measurements from labels sheet.

Connected to .xlsx sheet with selected rows from the spreadsheet downloaded from Numista and added required fields (Country, Title & Year) for every label. (Removed extra information from Title field)

Added flags manually to the document and copy-pasted for every label.

Suggestions from someone who has already mastered the process are desirable.

Friends,

I've created a small system to print labels for coin holders with - Flag, Country, Year, and Value.
I print these from the “Export my coins” list downloaded from Numista with the above details. (Flags I add myself).

I can print these for fellow Numista members in exchange for a few coins. If anybody wants printed labels for their coin holders, please message me to discuss further.

These are the labels I printed for myself ….
