Those three new issuers were created from the vulcanic uninhabitable places: Gough Islands, Nightingale Island and Stoltenhoff Islands.
We can see most of them looks like made in the same place with a questionable mint quality, I mean, they seem, look and smell of Exonumia.
Are those really coins? And if yes, what is the source of information of the authorization of them?

I struggle to proof the Sahaara Coins were not exonumia (link) and even that they were move to exonumia, but those inhospitable places still in the catalog. If they are official and commemorative of the islands, they should stay in the main issuer, like for example:
N#11163 and if we do not have enough information, they should be moved to exonumia.
