What if we changed “issuer” to “location”? That could solve many problems.

Primarily the dispute between where the coin was used and who issued it. So for example, location could be Malta and not Great Britain. Or French Empire not France.

I do not think this would be useful in current situation. (And procedurally, it is not a request to change specific issuer, so I marked it as rejected)
