I dont think the fact its written "Caribbean mint" qualifies for adding an actual mint on Numista.
It seems there is a high probability it is just a marketing brand for souvenir tokens

Yeah its confirmed: they sell those souvenir tokens on cruiseships. You can contact them to know where they mint them if you can :-)
