Change currency from Spitsbergen from tokens to coins

Hello, 

currently, the coins issued by the russian/soviet company Arktigukol for the coal miners on the islands are classified as tokens.

From what I know, there is evidence that these coins actually circulated on the island, and not only within the company.

It might be an error on my part, but to me that clearly shows that they should be classified as coins.

They were accepted as actual coinage on Spitsbergen

There were not a lot of people in the region, but the coins still did circulate, especially the ones from the 90s. Although there was protest from Norwegian authorities, the coins were still accepted and used
