iIwanted to mentonne the Unabridged legend on this note.

As: Marius SIMON Ec. N. A. D. NICE

Stand for:

Marius SIMON École Nationale des Arts Décoratifs de Nice

 

Is that normal that Unabridged legend are not disply on banknotes?

Yes it's normal but probably not desirable as you've pointed out.
