I have this coin - not sure which category it belongs to.

My question is also about the 25, 26, 27 ….under the date column & the Thai lettering next to frequency. What does it say?

On the top is the base year 2525.

Yes on the eagle's (?) wings.  A little harder to see than the dates on Spanish coins in the stars.
