While listed under Zeno's Islamic World, this was a Christian state in Caucasia, located in modern-day Russia. As such, I think this issuer would be best placed under Central Asia and Caucasia > Caucasia > Caspian Region, alongside where our “uncertain Christian bishopric” is, which was similarly a Christian state under Islamic influences.
