Are those two different coins because the hole is different in the two pictures?

Palembang coins are not easy to precisely identify. The best site I know is: PALEMBANG COINS By Frank S. Robinson For Palembang, it is more precise than the Millies.
But the Millies is also interesting to test if it's not a similar coins from another country of the Malay archipelago. (Pictures from page#180 to the end)

Palembang coins are not easy to precisely identify.
But at least some of them have a readable AH date.
With that said:
#1: N#149902
#2: N#131220
Used time zone is UTC+2:00. Current time is 13:59.
