I have gone through all those coins:

½ cent N#16325

1 cent already treated

2 ½ cents already treated

1/10 gulden N#12709

¼ gulden already treated

I have seen some inconsistencies like

Mint marks mixed with privy marks

Not all privy marks shown

The rulers are wrong

We probably have to split those up according to the rulers, although there are no separate KM#, since KM never came through rectifying all the coins!

The ruler(s) do not appear in the header

like for the modern Dutch coins

Maybe there are more points.

Shall I or the referee correct all that? I prefer it to be the referee.

Take care

Ole

There is no NEI referee.  😶

It's 166 coins and I have no documentation of them (except my SCWC since 1601 to now), so I can't even become an honest and capable referee for the NEI, what about you?

Who's doing the job if no referee is assigned, the poor Jarcek as always?

One of the admins or master referees I think. Probably since no one “owns” NEI they'll only respond to CR's and not initiate any changes.

So what do we do?

½ cent:

Can you do that?

1 cent:

Change year lines 1 cent, you're already on it, do you also take the comments section and the marks?

2 ½ cents:

I take it.

1/10 gulden:

I take it

¼ gulden:

I take it

We check with each other before committing the CR as usual, OK?

In the end, somebody will then either validate or discard our efforts….

Sounds like a plan.  I'm in.

Her is the 1/10 of a gulden:

N#12709

Is that understandable?

If the coin is exactly the same during two or more different ruling authorities, we simply add the multiple successive ruling authorities to the coin

Rulers are mentionned in the entry title only when explicitely represented or named on the coin

OK perfect thanks! :-)

To be noted: privy marks cannot just be added by a classical CR; we need first to add each one in the DB like we did here: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic136317.html

we still miss the sword and the axe in this example, which will appear automatticcally as soon as they're created then attached correctly to yearlines

Are the privy marks foreseen to be shown in the year lines?

They already are, in the field “other marks”, like you spotted :-)

Fine, but then I'm missing the mint marks?

Mint marks are displayed in mint section. We cannot yet attach them to yearlines, whereas we can put mint letters and other marks

Just the reality for the coins from NEI are quite different?

You found mintmarks in yearlines for NEI?

No, and they should be there.

Oh yes, here and everywhere :-)

We know that, but Xavier cannot do everything at once
