Help with valuation Ireland 10P Salmon coin, please?

On the coin:

On the coin card square:

handwritten:

“proof”

“mintage 4250”

“KM23”

 

This is a coin from my dad's collection… I'm learning as I go, so normally when I put in coins to my collection on Numista, I use his valuations or just whoever's is written on the card… and put it in the private notes… However, if you look up this coin, “proof” and “mintage 4250” are different listings… and I'm not sure where to place it.
