Add "Heart" as a tag? [solved]

Could we add heart as a tag? I mean mostly the symbol and not the organ. There are over 300 coins and almost 40 notes this tag can be used for, based on a quick search on "heart" in the catalogs.

It could either just be in its own section or be under “Symbols”?

I think there are many false positive in you search due to “heart” being used as a word in many descriptions like “cross at the heart” or else

A agree, too many false positives, especially from heart mintmarks.
