Philippines 200 Pesos ND (1951) Low Serial

I have found this note, already rare with only 50,000 printed, with an incredibly low serial number, A 000096, in AU condition, a single corner fold. What would you value this as? I don’t have much experience in accurately valuing low or rare serials.
