shows the title of the King with his possessions in Norway and Wends. 
It is interesting, that that period Wends in His title in Latin were named Vandals. It makes confusion, for Vandals overcame the Roman Empire 1.5 millennia before.

Obviously the coin represents interesting period of Norway history, as it is noted in the first post. For the first time due to new style of cutting  Europe by Alexander I the Libarator of the Russian Empire and Napoleon of the European Realm as a trigger, unexpectedly for Denmark Norway switched. It decided to be part of Sweden and not a new country on the map yet. The last step was done finally half a century later after issue of the coin. 

Norway was under Danish rule until 1814, then under the Swedish Crown until 1905.

Yes, Swedish Crown did not have inheritor and after the death of their own King invited a comrade of Napoleon to take His place. It was that time, when Norway changed the title of the King.

That what makes this coin outstanding is the date. It bears 1850, the time when in late 1840s - 1850s there was fashion on revolution in Europe. But Norway  left aside and delayed gain of Independence for half a century as Aidan mentioned.
