A few months ago, coins from artsakh were listed as circulating commemorative coins. But now these are listed as Non- circulating coins.

websites like Wikipedia or colnet still show that these are legal tender and circulating  coins.

Non-circulating coin does not mean it is not legal tender. If you have a source stating otherwise, feel free to request a change to the page in question.

SS from Standard catalog for World Coin shows these are standard coinage.

Sadly Krause is of really no authority whatsoever.

From Armenian Wikipedia

“The separate dram of the Republic of Artsakh is currently not in use and is not used for trade and industrial reasons.

Artsakh dram is mainly used as a decorative element or an ornament of monetary collections. The currency of the Republic of Artsakh is the same Armenian dram, which in this country is called the Artsakh dram.”

“In 2005, in Nagorno-Karabakh, the Artsakh dram (1 to 5 drams) was put into circulation as a means of payment.”

I should add that the Artsalh dram is still legal tender, but not used in day-to-day commerce.
