Hey just wondering what do you do in the circumstance when someone tells you that they haven't got the letter you sent…but in his profile all the coins and notes are in his collection?? 🤔 Any ideas??
Yeah it's possible but most of us would wait until their in our hand. 💰
As soon as I confirm a swap, I add all the coins to my collection (and also delete the outgoing coins) so that I do not request duplicates in my next swap from another user.
Post can be very slow to some countries. Some countries can also be dodgy locations to post to as items can evaporate in the post. Also, if the post code isn't accurate for the address it can cause issues.
I also usually add/delete the coins as soon as I confirm/send the envelope. I just mark them “from swap”. That way I know that I don't need them from other potential swaps in the near future, but I also know if it just says “from swap", it means that I haven't received them yet.

That's the last thing I would do! I prefer to get some “new” double into my swap list, than miss a coin, because of postal problems.
