Are there any auction sites besides ebay?

I don't mean sites like Heritage where they curate listings, looking to put together a list of everywhere coins are sold online where anyone can sign up and post their coins. Preferably with auctions that last a week or more and have some escrow.

Lets make a comprehensive list of everywhere coins are sold online.

ebay.com

HA.com

Stacks and Bowers

Great Collections

NGC forums

PCGS forums (forums.collectors.com)

reddit.com/r/CoinSales

Etsy

Amazon

anywhere else I'm forgetting?

sadly ebay isn't the best, but its the most well known so you'll find more stuff there and usually at good prices.

i'd never buy a coin from Etsy or Amazon full stop.

Catawiki and Declampe are fairly well known sites to buy coins and banknotes.

Hi to whoever is reading this. Did you know that TYPEWRITER (on a QWERTY keyboard) is the longest word you can type using only the letters on one row of the keyboard.

A local coin and medal seller switched to an auction site during the pandemic.

The weekly local market is missing 3 stalls - that sold comics, coins/notes & medals.

One of them said he is getting more for his stuff due to the bidding and turnover has increased significantly.

noonans.co.uk

spink.com

I have seen a new online paper money auction platform called 17 Auctions. I have no clue (how good/bad these guys are) but there it is (& they post that their buyer's premium is 10% which is pretty reasonable compared to 20% for the big houses).  I think their 1st auction is in October.

The problem I have with HA, Stacks & Bowers, Spinks & Sons, Noonans (& any big auction house) is that they have high buyer premiums, S&H, plus will charge you to use your VISA. In addition to this, they're a red flag to your customs so if you're not bidding from the US (or UK for Spinks/Noonans) you will be charged duty plus a  service charge for their carrier (like FedEx) to pay for your duty.  It all quickly adds up! Read their “Terms & Conditions” before you bid!

I have dedicated a Money Market page to those interested in finding other ways to acquire banknotes on my Notaphilyc Cutlure site.  Check this page out if you have the time (& thanks for dropping by). There may be other sites I'm forgetting (& coin resources) too.

It has been almost 20 years since I last purchased on eBid. There are not that many banknotes on offer there, but the last time when I bought banknotes from this site was a Haiti 50 gourdes tyvek (P235Ab). I then bought another 50 gourdes tyvek from the same seller, exactly a year apart with the first and second purchases with serial numbers in sequence.
