I want to propose the creation of a new ruling authority for the Western Liao dynasty issuer:
Yelü Dashi “Dezong” (1124-1143)
I've created a page for one of the few known Islamic-style coins of the dynasty and would like to modify the page with the ruling authority before it gets validated.
