Weight and diameter?

It measures 27mm, and weighs 16.26 grams.

On this page of coins of Kanishka I the eighth bronze coin listed has similarities to yours.

It's listed as an AE tetradrachm c. 128-150 CE

 

The appearance is similar as are the weight and diameter, which are positives for autheniticity.  Maybe with the coin in hand you can tell if the writing is similar. I have only encountered a couple of fake Kushan coins and these were rather obvious, so I don't think they're widely faked.

Although the weight and diameter listed there are not the same, on the site you linked they are. 

Yes, the example from Numista is a good match. The weights varied in those days. Also, I don't see a casting line or file marks on the edge of your coin, and the wear looks believable, so I'm voting that it's authentic.
