Archivability of Guardhouse brand uPVC

I've noticed that some Guardhouse banknote storage options are made up of uPVC (Unplasticized PVC) which is marketed as archival and safe. They claim that this is PVC that has been unplasticized.

My question is that is it TRULY safe for LONG term storage? Will my banknotes be harmed?

Those who had stored they're banknotes in Guardhouse uPVC holders for several months or years, have your banknotes sustained damage in any form?

The problem with PVC holders has never been the PVC, but the plasticizer. In the past all PVC was plasticized, so people just used the term PVC. Now with unplasticized PVC, it avoids the real issue, and it should be safe for long term storage.
