Cheapest option is to put the coins in a used jar or pill bottle.
You could also buy flips and put the coins in them. Most coin stores sell flips for pretty cheap. You could also buy the plastic album sheets and put the flips in them and then into an album, or just store them in a shoe box or other storage container.
Craft boxes used to store small crafting items also work well, as do tool boxes that separate nuts and bolts and other small items.
