Hello everyone

Currently all HRE states are under “German states”.

I suggest we move those under “Holy Roman Empire States” and then move coins minted after 1806 to new corresponding sub issuers under “German states”(that I can handle).

This way we have a coherent HRE section, notably allowing to attach emperors easily to coins naming them.

It is also a way to avoid attaching to France or Italy for instance sub issuers just because they are now in those modern countries, whereas they were part of HRE when they issued coins.

I reassure you, any sub issuer which existed both before and after 1806 would stay coherent (we have a feature for that, like we do for ancient cities attached first to ancient greece then to Roman provinces : users can either see only greek/roman coins or all coins of this city)

What do you think?

I probably do not understand the proposal completely.

Would it only apply to German States, but not other places like Bohemia (and SIlesia), Dutch States and other places that used the EMperor's name?

Youre right it would impact also French, italian, bohemian, dutch states etc

Probably too much work ^^

I understand the efficiency from viewpoint of Ruling Authorities but worry about potential disruption/confusion to collectors from viewpoint of Issuers.
