South Africa 5 Rand 1994/5 - Die error [solved]

There appears to be a Reverse die with an error that has been used over two years - 1994 to 1995.  See the ALS at the bottom of the reverse for the identical error in both 1994 and 1995.

Your coins are rather worn. I would be careful to judge about ALS errors since it might easily just be wear and tear. 

Agreed - it would always be easier to have better examples, but that shouldn't be a prerequisite for recording a die difference on a page.  Also, I'm not sure that wear and tear goes anywhere near explaining an identical variation across two separate years.  

I am not really sure what I should be modifying on the coin page. If there is some interesting information to share, please modify comment section accordingly.
