Hi,

 

I found this coin in Kufic (Arab) script which was minted by the king of Sicily. Should I add it under Sicily or should something like a North African colony/protectorate by Sicily be added?

Latin, Greek and Arabic were all being used at this time in Kingdom of Sicily.

 

Oh, wait … I see it's a colony in North Africa …. hmmm…

 

If we use the analogy of Venice, we list their colonies on the east side of the Adriatic (all the way to Crete and Cyprus) under Venice.
