Hi,

 

Looking at this coin I have a question regarding the difference between This 2 mint:

Kolkata / Calcutta / Murshidabad, India (1757-date)

Murshidabad, India

As Murshidabad seems to be a different city of Kolkata I don't understand why we put them on the same place and why we have 2 lines for Murshidabad?

 

It seems we are missing the mints below:

Patna (India)

Dhaka (Bangladesh)

Wikipedia says that Calcutta mint operated with name Murshidabad.

As it happens, there is a city od Murshidabad nearby, in which coins were produced earlier. Nothing of it makes sense, but I believe our database is ok.

Can you just rename Dhaka into Dhaka / Dacca / Jahangirnagar

and Patna into Patna / Azimabad

Seems easier …
