.this was in a bag  with a few roiman and  a greek coin , is it a coin weight  , any vlaue ?

It [with 27 on] is mentioned here >

 That [½ Moidor] has 13 Shillings 6 Pence and twice that 

is 27 Shillings [1 Moidor] like yours has.
