Vienna is in Austria, and I think there is a spelling mistake with that mint.

I trust you on words on this one as I wasn't able to spot much more info than that:

Out of this, nothing but for mint of that period it's often the case …

Looks like you are correct but only information of this mint I can fin is from Menzel listing it as a Wertmarke producer.
