I have this note for a swap so where's my name among the members who have it for a swap?

 No member will see their own name on such a list,

I do see my own name in coins that are on my swap list. Only thing I can think of is that there is a mechanism to prevent the list from getting too long. What happens when you add an item to your swap list that nobody else offers for swap? Do you see your own name then?

My guess, going through the others shown, is that if your rating drops below 4 stars your name is removed.

I think there were some settings based on that, but I am not sure, Xavier will have to weight in.

From the TOU:

It is specified that Collectors who meet one of these criteria are never listed on the Platform:

• A Collector who has indicated in the configuration of his/her Account that he/she does not wish to trade;
• A Collector who has an average rating of 2.5 / 5 or less;
• A Collector who has a warning on his or her profile as described in section 8.2.4 of these ToU;
• A Collector who has not logged into his or her Account in the last 365 days.
