Algerian vitory token 1800's, maybe

Does anyone know about this coin?

Probably not a token, maybe a silver ottoman coin from Algeria. If you apply images with better quality, other members may also help.

Please measure the diameter and the weight,than compare it with your coin. 

This one is definitely not from Budju family. This is from so-called “ victory tokens”,  or “ French proclamation tokens”, but actually, nobody know what is it. Maybe even just an imitations of ottoman coinage for  some special domestic reasons like  mascot for child for ex.
