Your coin is rudely cleaned, what a shame!
Hi
I know this coin was a part of a big lot and I coudn't see it when I bought it.
It should be a coin of the Bishopric of Cologne (or one of its dependencies). This coin has a similar design and size, but it would be a different (later?) bishop, as we can see the date 1511.
Added: It is a ½ albus/schilling of Bishop Phillip II: https://www.ma-shops.com/moeller/item.php?id=8588
And … it is interesting that our search function did not yield the coin in the catalog that is clearly the closest to yours!
Hi
There is a similar coin with II instead of I on the right side of the head. I have seen it in MA-shop and was presented as Cologne ½ albus Phillipp II and 1511.
Hi
My coin have a significant single- I - on the right side of the head and the figure 5. This is not visible on the coin from the Palatinate.
MS shop present the coin with double II and the single I as similar.
Yes, it is the same coin with die variations in the date:
Yours: 151 (key) 1
MA-Shops: 15 (key) 11.
Same coin type.
Thank you very much for your contribution.
