then souvenir note : 0 euro - Paris - Le Panthéon - France – Numista has a picture of a 2017 note and is dated 2019.
they both exist, please make the dates 2017 mintage 10.000 and 2019 I don't know the mintage, I have number EUBG023288 so I guess 30.000 (but I don't know). My note:
