My speculations on why people still trusting fake collectors across YouTube.

Those fake collectors who proclaim the coins in current circulation or post-WW2 coins as either expensive, made of silver (for actual non-silver coins) and gold (for actual brass/aluminium-bronze coins), or have errors even they are acutally man-made / post-mint damages. They sometimes get more subscribers than those real ones, and also topping on the search queries instead; that lead to shadowbanning of I think half of all coin and banknote collecting channels across YouTube.

In my YouTube channel, Cyrus Marikit (I am not promoting it by the way); despite the full information gathered directly from Numista and most of them are real prices (since most of my coins are not silver and no gold coins in my collection), still not on fire on algorithm, like other real collectors do. What are your further thoughts on why people still trusting fake collectors across YouTube?

I think they believe it because they WANT that and thus they are optimistic and blinded by how fantastic it is.

Some of them want instant money than consulting to real coin and banknote collectors who make efforts to research about the real prices of the coins and banknotes. Those fake collectors are killing numismatic communities in the world, especially in India which fake coin values are rampant there.
