1 oz Silver Panda Munich International Coins Fair

Hello, 

I have been offered to purchase these 1 oz silver pandas frum Munich Coins Fair (1990, 1993, 1996).

As you might see from pictures, coins are in decent/good condition, but they were not capsuled and might have minor scratches from beeing in box with other coins.

I have learned that they are relatively rare(around 2-2.500 minnted each), but have seen different prices of wide range on ebay.

I was wondering if someone could help me valuateing them, how much would be considered good buy to pay for them in this condition (for them to still have some resail value), and how much would be their approximate realistic retail value in this condition at the moment?

Also, does any of these years (1990, 1993, 1996)stands out particularly from other two, or all 3 of them have simmilar value.

Untouched, In original holders with boxes, these sell for a couple hundred dollars each. In this case, the coins appear to be scratched all over, thus the value is greatly diminished. Dealers would only pay melt for them, so let that be your guide.
