While there were no “ruling authorities” for the Dutch Republic of 1581-1795, there were three imperial cities (Deventer, Kampen and Zwolle) which stuck coins in the names of the Holy Roman Emperors .

Examples:

Dutch Republic > Deventer, City of  N#85676

Dutch Republic > Kampen  N#278216

Dutch Republic > Zwolle, City of  N#48384

The ruling authorities needed for these three places are:

Rudolph II (1576-1612)

Matthias (1612-1619)

Ferdinand II (1619-1637)

Ferdinand III (1637-1657)

Leopold I (1657-1705)

Thank you.

Should it be also in https://fr.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=deventer_kampen_zwolle_cities&r=&ct=coin&im1=&im2=&tb=y&tc=y&tn=y&tp=y&tt=y&cat=y&ru=&ca=3&no=&v=&i=&b=&d=&ie=&u=&a=&dg=&m=&f=&t=&w=&mt=&g=&se=&c=&wi=&sw=

Or only in each cities? Coins with emperors seem to begin before 1581. Should those issuers be gathered?
